Here are some of the jumps and games pupils are taught by our School Skipping coaches.
Nothing too difficult with which to start! After this we will move onto the more advanced moves but only if the children are ready and comfortable to do them.
The first two video are for individual and partner skipping. The third video show long rope activities which is the most fun as lots of skippers are involved.
The fourth video is typical of an all-day skip event.
